What topic should I learn first?

If you’re new to Sadhana, the best way to decide what to learn is to select your subject of interest during the onboarding process when you first register with the Sadhana app.

How can I close/delete my Sadhana account?

If you have a problem, we’ll be happy to help. Just send us an email at info@sadhana.com

If you’re sure you’d like to delete your account, we don’t’ have this option right now. You simply can delete from your browser history and don’t use it it will remain inactive, however if you require you can relogin at any point of time. There will not be any automated billing therefore no need to worry.

Can I learn on different devices?

Absolutely! Sadhana is available on mobile and desktop, so you can learn wherever and whenever suits you. Your progress and profile are synced across all devices you log in with.

Can I change the app's language?

Currently, the Sadhana mobile app is available in English only, we shall be release in Nepali/Devnagari language shortly.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

No, considering the user choice to learn at their pace your subscription will renew on the yearly or monthly anniversary, depending on whether you purchased or not at the maturity.

Do you have a refund policy?

Sadhana offers a subscription service and additional purchases. By creating an account, you agree to our Term of Use and Content Creation Guidelines. Your subscription will not automatically renew on either a monthly or yearly interval unless you opt for renewal. Any one-time purchases are paid for in full at time of purchase.

We do not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. This means that if you will retain access to all features you purchase until the end of your subscription whether you use on not.

We do not offer refunds on any one-time purchases due to the non-returnable nature of digital products except where required by law.

If we determine you violate any of Sadhana Terms of Use, your account may be blocked and any paid fees will be forfeited.

How can I check my subscription status?

Your subscription expiry will be shown at upper top right corner of your home page.

How do I activate my account after I've signed up?

Once you’ve entered your email, username and password we’ll send you an activation email to the email address you provided. Simply follow the instructions in that email.

How can I report a bug?

We’re constantly improving Sadhana and your feedback helps us do that faster!

If you notice a bug, please send an email to info@sadhana.com with the subject line “Bug Report”, and include:

• A short description of the issue

• The steps to reproduce it

• Screenshots or a short video (if possible)

The more details you provide, the quicker we can fix it!

How do I report abuse?

We’re committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive community.

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please report it by emailing info@sadhanaprep.com with the subject line “Abuse Report.”

Include as much detail as possible — what happened, screenshots, and the user’s profile link.

We review every report seriously and take appropriate action, which may include warnings or account suspension.

Meanwhile, you can also block or report users whose behavior you find inappropriate.
